Palm Island Resort - Palm View Rooms
These wonderfully spacious rooms are housed in two separate buildings set slightly back in the beautiful gardens. They all feature a sitting area and private furnished terrace looking out towards the swimming pool or the beach. The features in these rooms include a king size bed (four of which have canopy beds) and a large bathroom with a deep-soaking tub and separate shower. There are also pull-out beds available.

Palm Island Resort - Beachfront Rooms
With about 450 square feet of living space, each room features louvered windows to allow the soothing Caribbean breeze to pass through. Each room is air-conditioned with private terrace and breathtaking views of the Caribbean and Union Island. Ideally suited for two people, each room boasts a comfy king-size bed along with small sitting area and elegantly appointed bathroom and shower.

Palm Island Resort - Seascape Suites
These plantation style suites are set slightly back in the gardens - either upstairs or downstairs. Features include two queen size sleigh beds, a separate sitting area, a bathroom complete with a double shower and a covered furnished terrace or balcony with views of the beautiful ocean and gardens. These suites are ideal for families and they can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children.

Palm Island Resort - Lofts
Three of these lofts are individual wooden cottages set slightly back in the gardens. They feature two wonderfully sized queen size beds, sitting areas, deep-soaking bath tubs, separate showers, private terraces and ocean views. The two remaining lofts are housed in a shared wooden building right on the beach and feature king size beds and stunning views over the ocean towards the Tobago Cays.

Palm Island Resort - Southern Cross Villa
This wonderful resort villa boasts ocean views and a secluded setting and is perched on a panoramic bluff on the eastern tip of the Island. It includes four timber decks so you can take all the beautiful views in. There is a tiled dining terrace, an arbour patio with its very own 10 ft by 20 ft infinity edge swimming pool. The two bedrooms feature beautiful marble bathrooms with a generous step in showers. Guests staying in Southern Cross Villa will also have the use of the golf cart. The maximum occupacy is 4 people (no children). The kitchen is stocked with cereal, coffee, tea, fruits and snacks as well as soft drinks, beer, spirits and two bottles of Champagne.

Palm Island - Seafeather Villa
Seafeather villa is a luxurious new villa complete with a living room, dining area, full kitchen, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a beautiful master bedroom featuring a king size bed. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and a further en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds. The kitchen is lightly stocked with coffee and tea amenities as well as cereals, fruit and drinks for your arrival. There is also a splash pool for your use as well as phones, private golf cart, TV and a DVD player. Amenities at this villa include air conditioning, soft bathrobes, complimentary beverages in a refrigerated minibar, daily housekeeping service, nightly turndown service, personal safe, hair dryer, coffeemaker, alarm clock, iron and ironing board. The maximum occupancy is six people.

Memory House
Memory House is a two bedroom and two bathroom beachfront villa. Located on the north East side of the island and directly on the white sand beach. Back terrace features amazing views of Mayreau, Canouan and Mustique. Memory House has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen including 2 refrigerators, bar fridge and gas range. Large living and dining room that expands outside. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in-closet and an en suite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds walk in closet and ensuite bathroom.

Serendipity House
Serendipity Villa is a three bedroom and two bath house located North East side of the island and directly on the beach. Amazing views of the surrounding islands. The master bedroom includes 1 King size bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Second bedroom comes with a King size bed and third bedroom has two twin bed. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The private beachfront swimming pool is 40 x 30 x 5. Complimentary WIFI. Washing Machine & Dryer is also available at no charge

Royal Palm restaurant
Right on the white sand beach, every meal is accompanied by ocean views and sea breezes.
Breakfast - days can begin with a choice of seasonal fruits and freshly baked croissants, or maybe even banana pancakes - the choice is yours.
Lunch - choices for lunch include exotic salads, tasty pizzas, fresh pastas and local specialities such as Caribbean Jerk chicken. Alternatively, you could order a picnic lunch and enjoy it on one of the Atlantic beaches
Dinner - most guests meet for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the intimate beachfront bar followed by a dining experienve by lamplight. The a la carte menu features a wide range of choices all with fresh Caribbean ingredients.

Sunset Grill
Palm Island also has a more informal beachfront restaurant which is open to visiting yachtsmen offering an extensive lunch and dinner menu with tables either inside or right on the beach.
