Rates are subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge and Climate Resiliency Tax ($3.00 USD per room, per night). All rates are based on single or double occupancy per bedroom, based on the maximum occupancy allowed in the hotel. Additional person charges apply when occupancy exceeds what existing bedding allows (two guests per king bed, one guest per twin/double bed). Additional person charges include "Complimentary Amenities” only and do not include any air transfer.
*Bed & Breakfast Prices provide full breakfast, daily, for two adults and up to three children (12 years old & under) per bedroom; two adults or two children (12 years old & under) per studio. Redeemable in Lagoon Café or Asianne.

Policy
Children’s Policy & Kids Club Overview
Families are welcomed year-round and Canouan Estate has a Kids and Teenagers Club for their enjoyment. This is complimentary for children age 3 years and above. It opens from 8am to 5pm daily. Babysitting services are available upon request and a charge of US$20 per hour, minimum of 3 hours for up to three children applies, any additional children are charged at US$10 per hour. Cribs are also available on request.
Honor Bar Policy
Each SUITE guest receives one-time complimentary access to all beers, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks in the honor bar (Liquor is excluded). If the guests consume an item, and wishes to have it replenished during their stay, there is a supplementary charge. Should the guest wish to have the honor bar emptied, there is no fee.
