The villa can accommodate up to 12 people within 2 three bedroom adjoined villas, connected by the pool area. The Six Bedroom Pelican House is 2 x 3 bed villas side by side. No interconnecting door inside the villa.
The villas can be booked as a whole for additonal privacy enjoying your own pool or if booked separately the pool is shared between guests in the 2 villas.
Both villas in Pelican House have an open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchens on the ground floor. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and 2 upstairs incuding the Master - each with their own spacious bathroom and either balacony or terrace
The outdoor terrace is partially covered with the infinity pool located centrally between both villas and overlooks the Caribbean Sea. From the wooden sun deck alongside the pool, there are steps leading down to sandy beach beow, which is almost private for Pelican Beach House guests. To one side of the pool is a gazebo with BBQ.
Pelian House Antigua is located right at the heart of the Blue Waters Resort whilst at the same time being surrounded by lush greenery and of course you have easy access to the resort amenities.

An extensive selection of non-mototised water-sports is available for guests at Peleican House which include Hobie Cats, Sailboats, Windsurfing, Kayaks and Snorkelling Equipment.
Within the Blue Waters Resort there are 3 main freshwater swimming pools( one for adults only) . For drinks and dining there are 4 bars and 3 restaurants open on rotation (Palm, Cove & Carolyn's (lunch), indoor/outdoor dining and some evenings have live music for guest entertainment.
On Resort guests also have access to the all weather tennis, a fitness centre and activities programme.
For a little holiday pampering, try the Beauty Salon & Spa - treatments available at an extra charge.
On the beach area there are sun loungers, umbrellas, tables at beach or pool and beach towels are provided
